Dr Maria Merenda

Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Messina, with a grade of 110 cum laude, registered in the register of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna since 1995, in the register of C.T.U. in civil and criminal matters, to the Register of Statutory Auditors, to the Register of Expert Peer Reviewers for Italian Scientific Evaluation (administrative-accounting auditing and economic-financial evaluation area) established at the Ministry of Education, University and Research , in the Register of Judicial Administrators Section of experts in business management set up at the Ministry of Grace and Justice, in the list of Professionals Delegated to sales pursuant to art. 179 ter disp. att. c.p.c. at the Courts of Rome, S. Maria Capua Vetere and Napoli Nord, Mediator pursuant to Legislative Decree 28/2010 and D.M. 180/2010.

In 1987 he began his work experience in the province of Viterbo and Rome in a well-known Bankruptcy Law Firm, actively participating in the performance of tasks entrusted by the Court of Viterbo, by the Court of Rome, by Banking Institutions, Private Companies and well-known Legal and Commercial Firms.

From 1995 to the present day he has gained specific and multiple professional experiences at the Court of S. Maria Capua Vetere and Bologna in the civil and criminal fields.
